Receptionist – Miami Lakes
We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Miami Lakes. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys interacting with clients and team members.
Pay & Schedule:
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.

Manage emails and calendar scheduling using Outlook.

Maintain organized records and assist with basic administrative tasks.

Utilize Excel for data entry and reporting.

Assist with accounting tasks; QuickBooks experience is a plus.
Requirements:

Fluent in English & Spanish (spoken and written).

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook & Excel.

QuickBooks experience is a plus.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
